La mia super pizza

Here it is! My Saturday night pizza (but also Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday 😉) is one of the few certainties in my life. I kneaded the dough in the morning for the evening (I usually knead the dough the day before), but the result is still wonderful. You'll find all the steps and quantities in the video, which I've also included below. It was cooked at maximum temperature (275 degrees) (you can specify the temperature your oven reaches) with heat coming from below.
