Westinghouse/Cavinder "Scenic" Elevator at The Commerce Center in South Bend, IN

This is the coolest elevator in the whole building without a doubt. This elevator is down by the LaSalle Ave entrance. This elevator is obviously a Westinghouse, but something weird about this thing is it says Cavinder, so I'm wondering if this elevator was installed by Cavinder using Westinghouse parts who knows?
