Vasudev ji brought Shri Krishna to Gokul at midnight, handed over Shri Krishna to Nand Baba's house and took the girl who was born at Nand Baba's place back to Mathura Kansa's prison. When Kansa came to know that a girl was born, he tried to kill the girl but she disappeared and there was a voice from the sky that sinful Kansa who will kill you has taken incarnation and he is playing in the cradle in Gokul. So Vasudev ji sent Shri Krishna to Gokul at midnight They brought him to the fort Yogmaya Fort is the ancient fort of Nand Baba in which Shri Krishna and Balram Ji played a lot with Nand Baba and Mother Yashoda and ate butter This building also has an ancient well from which water was taken for Shri Krishna, this well is known as Nand Koop.
