Raising Monarchs - Chrysalis Issues (Help The Monarch Butterfly)

If you raise enough Monarchs, you will eventually see a chrysalis that just doesn't look right. Is it unhealthy? Will the adult emerge with problems, or will it take flight without difficulty?
