20 Minute Open and Expand Flow
This flow is a full body opener focused on getting those stuck places unstuck and helping you feel more grounded and confident in your body. I know I say in the beginning it is a relaxation flow; however, while there are some seated postures, this flow evolved into more of a play around with expanding the breadth of the body rather than straight up relaxation. So keep that in mind! Sometimes the flow takes me elsewhere from where I intend.
