माँ जयंती डोला 2025 : सतगढ़ से ध्वज खंडेनाथ | Maa Jayanti Dola 2025 : From Satgarh to Dhwaj Khandenath हर साल भद्रपद महीने की तृतीया को होने वाले इस पर्व में ग्राम सतगढ़ से माता जयंती का पावन डोला ध्वज मंदिर तक ले जाया जाता है| डोले में माता की "भनार" (छत्र और पूजा के बर्तन), माता के स्वरूप माने जाते हें| इस आयोजन के बाद ही सोर घाटी पिथौरागढ़ के बाकी के मेले जैसे कि लछैर महाकाली, मोस्टामानू, थलकेदार, चौपक्या इत्यादि और गौरा-महेश्वर सातों आठों भी मनाया जाता है। वेसे तो माता जयंती प्रतिदिन ही अपने क्षेत्र में अपने दिव्य डोले में बैठकर विचरण करती है, जिसे उनके वीर और दैवीय गणों द्वारा उठाया जाता है, जिसका दर्शन बड़ा ही दुर्लभ और पवित्र माना जाता है, लेकिन इस उत्सव में, कापड़ी समुदाय के लोगों द्वारा माता के छत्र को उनके डोले में बिठाकर ढ़ोल नगाड़ों और शंख ध्वनि के साथ अपने पैतृक गाँव सतगढ़ से ध्वज तक ले जाया जाता है। इसके साथ ही, कालसेन, छुर्मल, बेताल और गोरिल इत्यादि देवता भी अवतरित होकर सभी जनों को अपना आशीर्वाद प्रदान करते हैं। Every year, on the third day (Tritiya) of the month of Bhadrapada, this festival is celebrated, during which the sacred palanquin (Dola) of Goddess Jayanti is carried from village Satgarh to the Dhwaj Temple. The palanquin holds the Goddess’s “Bhanar” (umbrella and worship vessels), which are considered as manifestations of the Goddess herself. Only after this event are the other fairs of Sor Valley, Pithoragarh—such as Lachhair Mahakali, Mostamanu, Thalkedar, Chaupkiya, and also the celebrations of Gaura-Maheshwar Sataun-Athaun—observed. Although Goddess Jayanti is believed to roam her region daily in her divine palanquin, carried by her heroic and celestial attendants—a sight considered extremely rare and sacred—during this festival, the Kapri community ceremoniously seats the Goddess’s umbrella in her palanquin and carries it with the resounding beats of drums, nagadas, and the echo of conch shells from their ancestral village Satgarh to the Dhwaj Temple. Along with her, deities such as Kalsen, Chhurmal, Betal, and Goril also manifest and bestow blessings upon all the devotees.
