Add the sour cream mixture to the butter-flour mixture and shape the dough into a ball. Work quickly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Grind the nuts in a blender and mix with the jam. Add a pinch of cardamom (optional). Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into 4 pieces. Roll one piece into a circle, cut into 8 pieces, spread the filling on top, and wrap the mutaki. Place the mutaki on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. BON APPETIT!!!
