The owner decided to overhaul the engine because of oil consumption, lack of hone on the cylinder walls, and compression leaks between cylinders one and two. Additionally, the owner was restoring the car, so he insisted on rebuilding the engine with completely new parts. New camshafts, retainers, locks, valves, a new crankshaft, new Kolben pistons, new original connecting rods. Replacement of the oil pump, gears, and throttle body. All coolant hoses were replaced. _____________________ In this issue, we are carrying out a major overhaul of the A16XER engine of a 2011 Astra J car with a mileage of 182,000 km.
