Rockford Fosgate 1996 Punch 250x2 Power Series amp dyno oldschool car audio amplifier sound test

Hi all! This video features the Punch 250X2 from the Power series! The dyno results are very close to amplifiers like the Punch 225.2 or the Punch 500a2 ! This car audio amplifier is a legend and still performs well! Watch the sound test with good speakers or headphones! In this video i made a test according to the CEA-2006-490A standard. This is a method where they test pro audio amps today. Input signal is a burst of 8 cycles with 1kHz and then a pause of 24ms, that means every 32ms the burst repeats. Thats 31,25 times per second! This is simulating a crest factor of 15dB.
