115. Route T5 | Island Avenue Restoration
Septa Route T5, formerly Route 36, returns to Island Avenue on May 24th, 2026, after a track and road project which closed the tracks south of 73rd and Elmwood to trolley service for three years. Stations are more limited that they were before (no more stop at Buist, for example) and rebuilt to modern standards with plans to become accessible when modern light rail equipment arrives.
