The pizzas have a very thin Italian-style crust. However, we felt they used a little too much tomato sauce, making the center of the pizza softer than we prefer. The burger patty was excellent—one of the best we had during our trip. The bun, however, didn't quite match the quality of the meat.   / californiabakery   ________________________________________ 🥐 Pasticceria Sissi A hidden gem recommended by a lovely local named Roberta. Although the service was a little slow, every pastry and dessert was absolutely outstanding. Without question, one of the best pastry shops we visited in Milan.   / pasticceriasissi   ________________________________________ ☕ Savini Milano Located inside the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Savini Milano has been a symbol of Milanese dining for generations. We stopped by for gelato rather than a full meal, and it was a delicious break while exploring the city center. Our favorite was the delicious Salami & Burrata pizza, recommended by the chef. We also tried the Delicata Bianca and the classic Margherita—both perfectly balanced and incredibly tasty. The café was extremely busy and noisy, but the atmosphere, service, and unique coffee experience made it well worth visiting. We tried: 🍓 Strawberry Tart 🍰 Strawberry Cheesecake 🤍 White Chocolate Cake Every dessert was absolutely delicious. We stopped at a small neighborhood café for coffee and a rich chocolate cake—a perfect break before continuing our exploration. ________________________________________ 🍝 L'altro Luca e Andrea – Navigli Walking along the beautiful Navigli canals is always a wonderful experience, especially when it includes a great lunch. We enjoyed: 🥘 Traditional Milanese Risotto 🍝 Lasagna 🍝 Fresh Pasta Everything was prepared with high-quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. Italy is famous for its gelato, and during our trip we visited several highly rated gelato shops. Every one of them was worth trying—but one clearly stood above the rest. A stylish gelateria located right beside the Navigli canals. Their signature chocolate sauce hidden underneath the gelato was simply incredible. www.cioccolatitaliani.it ________________________________________ 🏆 Our Favorite: Il Negozietto del Gelato This was our absolute favorite gelato in Milan!
