The Keith Riggins Story

Keith Riggins, former student and instructor at Divers Institute of Technology, knew that a four-year degree wasn't for him. He joined the military, disarming bombs as a husky operator and saving hundreds of lives in the process. After two tours overseas, his mental health took a downturn and he could no longer see a future for himself. With support from his friends and family, he sought professional help and discovered an exciting future through trade school. He found success as a welder, and then went on to become a commercial diver after attending DIT. Now, Keith serves as a mentor to students and fellow veterans, showing them that there is strength in asking for help. This is his story.
