Pointe Warm Up - 5 Minutes, No Equipment

Good afternoon everybody!! Two videos, one day, to start making up for how long I have been away! This past year at the studio was so busy, but I am excited to post more this summer and into next season. As I say in the video, pointe work should always be done after a full class and/or an extensive warm up. This is a 5 minute foot and lower leg focused exercise to add to your repertoire!
