Making a Filleting knife

Welcome back to my channel! I've got the opportunity to work together with a local butcher who is selling premium meat. And what do you need when selling the best of the best meat? A proper knife of course! Thats why I made a Fillet Knife as well as a Carving knife ( stay tuned for this video). Over the years, I gained some knowledge and last year I built this belt grinder to finally make my own knives.
