Il giro più lento di sempre (tra gatti e fiumi) | Vicenza in bici

An unpretentious ride, one of those that happen by chance and end up surprising you. We set out from Vicenza with the idea of pedaling at a leisurely pace, following the rivers and letting curiosity guide us more than the destination. The result is a simple and highly enjoyable loop: about 80 km on gravel, completely flat, perfect for taking it easy and enjoying every detour. We pass through Isola Vicentina and arrive in Thiene, passing historic villas, silent riverbanks, and stretches of dirt roads that are every bit as beautiful as those found in Tuscany. All accompanied by the waters of the Bacchiglione and Tesina rivers, among hidden springs and glimpses that seem timeless. Among the most beautiful spots: Villa La Rotonda (Villa Capra) Villa Thiene the springs of the Bacchiglione the banks of the Bacchiglione (pure gravel 🤍) the banks of the Tesina the return to the historic center of Vicenza A slow day, filled with stops, detours, and little discoveries. Because sometimes the beauty isn't in arriving... but in stopping along the way. 📍 Route: Vicenza – Thiene – Vicenza loop 📏 Distance: ~80 km ⛰ Elevation gain: virtually zero 🚲 Surface: 45% gravel/dirt roads (also suitable for endurance bikes with adequate tires), 55% asphalt If you'd like to do it again, you can find the GPX track here 👇 [https://www.komoot.com/it-it/tour/289...] If you liked the video, leave a like and subscribe to the channel for more bike rides through hidden places and slow travel ✌️ How can you follow Smoppy on all his adventures?
