It starts with 0A001 to 0B001 until 0E001. The same for category 1, 2, 3 etc. until to category 9. 901 – 999 (National Controls) these range of numbers is not part of the EU Dual-Use goods list. This list you can find in Germany at the Part 1B. In Austria do such a list not exist and in Switzerland it is in Annex II GKV. Annex IV are Dual-Use goods which are controlled on a national level. That means you need also a license for an intra EU shipment.
