S1EP14: Bigster Hybrid Highway Test | Fuel Consumption at 100, 110, 120 & 130 km/h

In this episode, I finally test the fuel consumption for the Bigster Hybrid in one of the conditions hybrids are usually criticized for: highway driving. Using real driving conditions across multiple countries on the way to Italy, I tested the fuel consumption at: 100 km/h: 5.14l/100km - 55.0mpg 110 km/h: 5.44-5.78l/100km - 48.8-51.9mpg 120 km/h: 5.74-5.85l/100km - 48.3-49.2mpg and 130 km/h: 6.70-7l/100km - 40.4-42.2mpg This is not a laboratory test. No empty roads. No unrealistic driving style. Just real highway driving: traffic, roadworks, altitude changes, different temperatures, and real costs. I also compare this highway trip with the national road trip from Episode 12: time, fuel economy, EV usage, tolls, and total travel cost. 00:00 - Intro 00:21 - Trip Context 02:19 - Route & Driving Conditions 03:34 - Technical Observation: Disclaimer 03:58 - Technical Observation: 100 km/h Limit 05:41 - Technical Observation: 110 km/h Limit 06:45 - Technical Observation: 120 km/h Limit 07:47 - Technical Observation: 130 km/h Limit 09:17 - Technical Observation: Mixed Speed Limits 10:29 - Technical Observation: Full Outbound Trip 11:09 - Technical Observation: Full Teturn Trip 11:30 - Technical Observation: Comparison with National Roads Trip 12:43 - Summary 15:49 - What's Next & Closing #documentary #automobile #car #suv #dacia #bigster #storytelling 🚙 Project Car Car: Dacia Bigster Journey Engine: 1.8 Hybrid 155 Manufacturing year: 10/2025 🎯Goal: Documenting the long-term ownership, maintenance, real costs, etc. while trying to reach 1,000,000 kilometers 📍 Current Checkpoint: 31505 km 📅 Ownership period: 20 Weeks 📺 Season: 1 → 0 - 100,000 km
