We’ll explore how Josh Homme and Nick Oliveri created “Feel Good Hit of the Summer” during a legendary three-day party, how producer Chris Goss convinced them to open the Rated R album with it, and why the band never expected this “joke song” to become a defining Queens of the Stone Age track.
