No refined sugar, no wheat flour, just pure flavor. 📋 INGREDIENTS: Oats (rolled or quick): 1 cup (80-90g) Greek Yogurt (or thick natural yogurt): 1 cup (200-220g) Banana: 1 large, very ripe Dates: 4-5 pcs (pitted) Cocoa powder: 3 tbsp Eggs: 2 pcs Vegetable oil: 3 tbsp Baking powder: 1 tsp + ½ tsp baking soda Cinnamon, pinch of salt, vanilla extract 👨🍳 QUICK STEPS: Soak and mash the dates. Mash the banana with a fork (leave some texture!). Mix all "wet" ingredients: yogurt, eggs, oil, banana, and dates. Add "dry" ingredients: oats, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and spices.
