How to tell if your shoulder is dislocated
Shoulder dislocation is the most common joint dislocation. This injury usually occurs from a significant force that pushes the ball of your upper arm bone (humerus) out of the shoulder socket. There are a few ways this can happen, but this is a pretty apparent and painful injury.
