Frostbite Blood Worm
The Frostbite Bloodworm is one of my favorite chironomid larva or bloodworm patterns. Chironomid larva or bloodworm are perhaps one of the most overlooked stillwater patterns. Give a bloodworm pattern a try this season, especially early in the day, during the summer months when trout feed deeper and once again in the fall.
