Part 24 contains the final section of Surah Az-Zumar, Surah Al-Mu'min, and the entirety of Surah Fussilat except for the final page. It has three general messages: The first is good and evil. The final section of Surah Az-Zumar continues to explain the differences: kizb (lying) and sidq (truthfulness), oppression and justice, and hell and paradise, and the Surah concludes with praise (Az-Zumar, 39:23-75). The second is the courageous believer who supports the Prophet. Surah Al-Mu'min describes those who struggle with the Book (Az-Mu'min, 40:4-15), and it is clarified that God is the judge of the hereafter (Az-Mu'min, 40:16-22). It is stated that this struggle between monotheism and polytheism has existed throughout history. The subject continues to be explained through the lens of Moses and the trap set for him, and the actions of a courageous believer who helped him are recounted (Az-Mu'min, 40:23-44). The third is the outcome. In the following Surah Fussilat, it is stated that "In this book you have been given information about Allah, the universe and man." This explains the punishment that will be the end of the unbelievers and the rewards that will be received by those who believe and do good deeds, and it is stated that the difference between these two things must be recognized (Fussilat, 41/13-40).
