भारत में बनि यह बैटरी दुनिया बदल देगी || Making High Voltage Aluminum Air Battery in Hindi || Aluminium Fuel Cell in Hindi Hey guys in this video I am going to make a improvised version of aluminium air battery. This is the second time I'm gonna to make my aluminium air battery but this time the battery which I gonna to make will produce 0.4 V more than the theoretical potential produced by aluminium air battery. However previously I have made aluminium air battery using a graphite plate which was made from styrofoam and a 4 layered Aluminium foil which is used in kitchen. In my previous video of aluminium air battery a lot of people claimed it to be fake but in this video I am going to clarify it how it works and chemistry behind it. however in my previous video I have clarified how does aluminium air battery works I have told each aspect of aluminium air battery in that video but in this video I am going to improve it and going to clarify that it works on the basic principle of electrochemistry. In this video what is new is the electrolyte which is in Semi solid state which consists of Potash alum Magnesium Sulphate sodium chloride and sodium metaborate which is borax in Sort. The above mixture of Potash alum magnesium sulphate sodium chloride and sodium metaborate is mixed with equal quantity of manganese dioxide obtained from dry cell batteries the Maganese dioxide obtained is not purified it is directly used as such. The whole mixture described above is mixed with 95% concentrated sulfuric acid when the cell is made with our above described mix you can see a potential difference over 4.4 V but this potential difference stays for very short amount of time like for only one or two minutes then after that the voltage significantly drops down to constant voltage of 1.7 to 1.8 if you hydrate the mixture with some of dilute sulphuric acid then the voltage may rise up to 2 V however 1.7 volt is the constant potential that I have obtained in my experiments so it is 0.4 times more than the usual 1.3 volt producing aluminium air batteries which uses Sodium Hydroxide,potassium Hydroxide or sodium chloride as a electrolyte. However I will not prefer this method if you are beginner in chemistry because addition of sulphuric acid to the above-described mixture releases harmful chlorine gas which is very dangerous for health if proper care is not taken while working with that it may prove harmful or it may even cause death. I am still trying to find out the exact chemical reaction which are responsible for generating such high voltage for very short period of time I think it is mostly due to the sulphuric acid but when I experimented with other combination the results are same so I am still trying to figure it out.
