Bissell 3 in 1 38B1 Vacuum

This is a Bissell 3 in 1 vacuum, model 38B1 that was owned by a good friend of mine (same one who owns the Dyson DC07 as featured in this video:    • Dyson DC07 All Floors Upright Vacuum  ). It's called the 3 in 1 because is can switch between being a stick vac, a hand vac, and a hand vac with stick vac head for vacuuming stairs. My only complaints about this machine is that the filter clogs easily because is has no cyclonic action whatsoever, and sometimes the latch that holds the handle down tends to come loose and the handle slides off while using the machine as a stick vac. Other than that, there's not that much to say about this machine, the suction is decent for a stick vac (provided you stay on top of cleaning the filter). Overall, I like this vacuum, and would do something very well for someone on a budget, these only retail for about $20 brand new.
