SUBSCRIBE to the channel! 👉 http://bit.ly/2Hd7EEV Inspired by Gogo's Recipes (https://syntagestisgogos.gr/) EC RECIPE: Ingredients 120 ml olive oil 300 ml red wine 250 ml orange juice Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons mustard 1 tablespoon honey Pepper 3 bay leaves Oregano Rosemary 2 x 2,200 gr pork shanks, with their skin 2 kgs of baby potatoes Method We start our recipe by mixing the oil, the wine, the orange juice, the lemon juice, the mustard and the honey with the blender. Next, we flavor our mixture with pepper, bay leaf, oregano and rosemary. Add the meat in the sauce. Then, cover with a cling film and leave for 24 hours in the fridge. NOTE: If the pork shanks protrude from the sauce, turn them a few times. After we have left the pork shanks in the sauce for a day, we take a baking pan with non-stick paper and place the pork and the potatoes inside of it. Then, pour the sauce over the pork and potatoes and if necessary add some salt and water. Finally, cover the baking pan and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 2 hours. Our recipe is ready!
