The Dominican Diaries Part 2🌴🌺🇩🇴🐚 Join us on our second vlog from our resort stay at the Royalton Bavaro and our excursions to Coco Bongo and a Catamaran boat trip!🪩🕺🏼⛵️🐠 In this vlog we spent the next few days dining at the other à la carte restaurant offerings- we dined at Rio, which was a Brazilian restaurant and Grazie the Italian 🍽️🥂 Our favourite was definitely the Brazilian due to the amazing beach side views and the quality of the food! The entertainment over the days in this vlog at the resort was also really good! We enjoyed a Beyoncé tribute, a greatest showman show and a Michael Jackson show🪩🕺🏼🎤🎸 Shortly into our second week in the Dominican Republic we decided to venture out and we booked to visit Coco Bongo! The only way to describe this experience is a West end/ Broadway type of show mixed into a club experience 🎭🪩 We absolutely loved it! We booked Coco Bongo through the TUI app before we travelled to the Dominican Republic and selected the gold package, which included a reserved seating area with a table and unlimited drinks throughout the evening as well as transfers to and from the event from your resort🥂 We would both highly recommend this experience, the show and performances were fantastic🤩 The following day it was time for our Catamaran cruise, which we had rearranged from the day where the transfer missed our pickup😞 The excursion included minibus transport to and from the hotel and pier to board the boat⛵️🐠 The first stop was a coral reef snorkelling spot🐟🐠🐡🌊 We encountered so many different types of fish and you got a good while in the sea before having to board the boat again! The boat included music on board and a bar where all the drinks were included 🥂 The second stop was a natural pool where we were miles from the shoreline but able to stand up in the sea and the water was only at waist level🌊 After an amazing fun filled day out on the sea we made our way back to the hotel to enjoy the evening entertainment 🕺🏼🪩🎤 On our last few days we spent the time chilling at the resort before it was departure day🥲 We were picked up from the lobby in the early afternoon for our transfer to the airport ✈️ Punta Cana airport had an amazing section of duty free and fast food offerings such as: Wendy’s, Taco Bell and Cinnabon to enjoy before boarding! We then arrived back into Manchester with a short flight time of just under 7 hours and 30 minutes!
