To reach this village, when you go to Akçay direction over Edremit, when you see the Zeytinli sign on the right, you enter Zeytinli Village after a few kilometers. You will reach Mehmetalan Village after a few kilometers by passing through the middle of the village. The road here is asphalt. You can enter the Goose Mountains National Park for a fee from the entrance point of the national park 3 km away from the village, passing through the olive trees up to 300 meters high in the village, then the rosary, sandalwood, oak and red pines, which are dominant up to 600 - 800 meters.
