Although it was English, it was spoken with a Mexican accent. I think it's hard to understand the beautiful English you usually hear on the radio. Of course, I speak English with a Japanese accent, and my Korean friend speaks with a Korean accent. Even if we know a word, we can't understand each other's accents.
