Hello everyone from the new season! In this episode, we shared the maintenance and costs of our boat, which we took for shore maintenance at Cleopatra Marina in Preveza, Greece. These costs include materials, labor, and VAT. Six months in advance, we contacted the marina via email, itemized the work we wanted done, and submitted it to them. Shortly before the scheduled maintenance date, we had to postpone it a month due to weather conditions—at our request. This postponement coincided with the marina's busiest time. Due to various factors, such as the availability of the crane that would launch us and the rescheduling of the crews, we had to stay ashore for 30 days. It was late, but it wasn't difficult :) Finally, we were back on the blue. The best and most rewarding part of the video was when Deniz Giray stopped in Preveza for supplies during the Slovenia-Turkey boat transfer and came to visit us while our boat was still on shore. We extend our warmest regards to our sea instructor. A note to our valued followers: We take great care both in filming and preparing our videos to create the best possible results.
