Triple G (Give + Go GBs)- Lacrosse Drill
In this video coach Swartz teaches you Triple G (give and go groundballs), a drill that combines many skills (ground balls, feeding, cutting, and finishing) to teach players to move it quickly off the ground and how to execute a give and go. Coach Swartz will break it down on the white board, show some clips, and offer some instruction tips. Drip Lacrosse is a youth lacrosse organization in Dripping Springs, Texas (just outside of Austin). We created this channel as a resource for Dripping Springs Lacrosse as well as for the entire lacrosse community. Our content will cover drills, schemes, practice planning, culture, and more.
