Clarity || Daybreak x Nightfall (Daybreak’s story pt.3)

Song: Clarity - Zedd (Sam Tsui & Kurt Schneider cover) Masking: Mine OCs: Daybreak (female Night Fury with yellow eyes) Nightfall (male Night Fury with grey-blue eyes) Story: Following the death of her master, Viggo, Daybreak finds herself trying to stay away from the new leaders of the Dragon Hunters as much as possible. Whilst resting in a cove, she finds herself being greeted by another Night Fury. Very aware of her time spent hunting dragons, Daybreak decides to leave. The next day, as she is flying around, she finds that she’s once again in the company of the unknown Night Fury. They land and Daybreak goes to sleep. A little while later, she awakes, finding her unknown companion drawing in the dirt with a tree branch. She allows curiosity to get the better of her and investigates. However, as soon as the male Night Fury acknowledges her presence, Daybreak goes back to being defensive. However, instead of running she decided to sleep alongside the other dragon. When Nightfall awakes the next morning, he finds Daybreak gone. Following the scent of Daybreak, Nightfall eventually finds himself at a human camp. Daybreak finds him and runs, knowing the outcome if the hunters find the male Night Fury. Nightfall follows and they leave the camp area together as Daybreak finally decides his company isn’t so bad. A while later, the pair are together again. As Nightfall takes off to the sky, a dangerous enemy makes a move from under the cover of the trees. Johann uses a dragon root arrow and a crossbow to shoot the dragon down. Daybreak runs to try to stop it but like with her master she’s too late. Looking at the large army of hunters and Singetails, Daybreak goes to the only people she knows may help. At Dragon’s Edge, Hiccup and Toothless are surprised as Daybreak lands behind them. Toothless becomes protective of his rider but Daybreak doesn’t attack. Hiccup decides to approach and with some reluctance Daybreak allows him to touch her. Maybe with this help, Daybreak can get Nightfall back.
