David turner knew he had a small window to k!ll. So after ordering the hit, he called 19 year old Philip Woolley and told Phil to put an end to mikey. As for the Skoda it was quickly abandoned in nearby ranworth place. When police investigated the m*rder they found out the Skoda had been purchased by members of Philips Woolleys family day before the m. Ring leader David Hibbs turner who also controlled one of merseyside biggest dr*g operation was quickly arrested. When questioned he denied any responsibility but he along with 19 year old Philip woolly were both found guilty of m*rder. David hibbs-turner put the hit out while Philip Woolley answered the call and acted as the gunmen The prosecution said both men were put to their necks in the m*rder David Hibbs tuner was jailed for life with minimum term of 37 years. Philip woolley was jailed for life with minimum term of 24 years
