28 Weight Plate Exercises

Here is a compilation of 28 different exercises you can perform using just a weight plate! Sometimes equipment is severely limited, but don't let that be an excuse, you can still ABSOLUTELY get in a solid workout! I challenge you to hit each exercise for 10 reps a piece, and let us know how it went for you! This video includes exercises that hit all muscle-groups of the body.
