The ACCIONA Agua Technology and Innovation Department, located in Barcelona (Spain), is the hub of the Company's R&D activities. It is staffed by 20 highly-qualified professionals and has more than 30 years of experience in R&D applied to water and membrane technologies, ranging from basic lab activities to pilot-plan and industrial-scale tests and trials. The facility utilizes the latest analytical methods and tools to research and develop new water treatment technologies in the areas of desalination, waste water treatment, drinkable water treatment, and water regeneration.
