vlog: sunday farmers market, charcuterie board guide and my apple crisp recipe!

Hi my loves! In today vlog I brought you along on a sunday in my life!! I hope you enjoy watching!!! xx APPLE CRISP RECIPE TOPPING: 1/3 cup flour (or whole wheat flour or gluten free oat flour or almond flour) 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup cold vegan butter FILLING: 3-4 medium Honeycrisp or Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and thinly sliced) 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2ish tsp pure vanilla extract) 1.5 tsp arrowroot powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 baking pan with butter. Set aside. 1. Make the filling: Place apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a large bowl and combine. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. 2.Make the topping- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add in butter and use your hands to squeeze and combine until the mixture becomes crumbly. Place topping in the fridge. 3. Place the apple mixture in prepared pan and sprinkle topping over. 4. Bake the crisp on a baking sheet for 50-55 minutes (I did 65 minutes) or until topping is golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
