La bicicleta es rápida y no contamina. Factores clave para afirmar que es el medio de transporte más eficiente para moverse en la ciudad. Así lo determinó por décimo año consecutivo la Medición de Eficiencia en Medios de Transportes (MEMT). Actividad que es organizada por la agrupación ciudadana Vive la Bici y que busca demostrar que la bicicleta es el modo de transporte más eficiente para trayectos en ciudad. Desde varios puntos de la ciudad, usuarios en distintos modos de transporte inician su viaje al mismo tiempo con destino a las puertas de la UOCT (comuna de Providencia).
