In 2018, we began in a 200-square-foot office inside Asia Standard Tower in Hong Kong. Seven years later, we move once again — this time to a street-level space on Queen’s Road Central. Returning to our now-empty former store, I sat on the sofa and looked back at a place once filled with all Hermès bags and memories. Moments from the past came rushing back — the joyful ones, and inevitably, the most painful one of all: the robbery accident of last year, when 66 Hermès bags were stolen. It was the darkest moment of my professional life.
