On March 31, 2025, the National Police Agency issued a notice to prefectural police regarding the requirements for parking permits. The contents include ① Include delivery vehicles. ② Extension of permit expiration date (up to 3 years) ③ Unification of permit standards ④ Response to blanket applications These are included. The system will be operational by July 1, 2025 (it has already started at the time of publishing this video) This is a big change for those who deliver for Yamato, Sagawa, Japan Post, and Amazon. Applications are open to both general and light drivers, and the requirements are the same for both corporations and individuals.
