Indoor figs March 8th 2025. Angelito; Irene's Black Greek; Byblos. Indoors fig forest experiments

Okay so video editing software is obviously worthy of college education huh...Hope my end result isnt painful...after hours BTW Very yummy figs yesterday March 8th. I tried to guess the brix readings (SMH). The lowest brix was on an Angelito that could have used another day (23.5), but it was super good and my wife's favorite this time around. Two (one agelito and one IBG) dried and fell off the tree. IBG was over dry and ripe (39.5); the fig and berry flavors were too independent and very strong. The dried angelito was amazing (30.4 - and my favorite today). And the Byblos continues to be a wild fig with very intense flavors (earth and nut) that must mature and find equilibrium. Although the Byblos gave over 29 on brix, it doesn't taste very sweet. I think it's confusing the reading somehow. Or somehow sugar content could be high and I dont taste it. But that doesnt sound right. I even tried to remove seeds after the first reading.
