Spoiling a Guy's Day

The plaintiff says he parked his car in a hotel lot but got plowed in after a big snowstorm. A hotel worker helped free the car, but then he slipped and pulled off the vehicle’s spoiler. The hotel manager says they’re not responsible, so he’s suing the worker. The defendant, who helped the plaintiff move the car, says he slipped because the plaintiff drove forward instead of reversing and then drove off. Case # 24-047
