How Can Teens Find Summer Jobs?

Many teens and college students are complaining that it feels nearly impossible to get hired. Last summer, teen jobs plunged by more than 25% from a year earlier. This summer, camp counselor job postings are down nearly 30% from last year. Andy Challenger, an expert in workplace trends, spoke with Inside Edition. He says that many jobs are filling spots by word of mouth. Challenger recommends talking to parents and friends about jobs. Inside Edition spoke to some young people about finding jobs.
