DIY Van Conversion: Sprinter Van MaxxFan Install (Roof vent fan)

Hi Everyone! Installing a fan in your DIY camper van is essential to increasing airflow and providing ventilation for keeping the air fresh, controlling moisture, and regulating cooking odors. First step though is cutting a big hole in the roof of your van which can be super intimidating. For our van, we chose the Maxxfan by MaxxAir, and opted for the 7500K model in the Smoke color. This is the 10 speed electric model that comes equipped with controls at the ceilings, thermostat, built-in rain shield, intake/exhaust, and a remote control.
