About 40 years ago, a permanent group of Efteling employees was given the task of developing a large dark ride, something that had never been done before within the gates of the Kaatsheuvel park. The utmost was demanded of the makers in terms of fantasy, imagination and technical inventions in order to achieve the ultimate end result together.
