This is the story of one of the greatest voices of Congo as well as one of the most beautiful Congolese female singer I personally know. Mpongo Love stood for herself and never let her disability becoming a brake on what her dreams could be. Mpongo Love shuffled the musical scene at the time when Abeti Masikini was THE international star. Her songs like Bakake, Femme Commercante and off course N'daya pushed the beautiful Mpongo Love into the hall of fame of Congolese and African artists. Seeing so many covers of Ndaya still made nowadays makes me think that Mpongo Love's legacy is still vivid.
