Todd’s Road RC has become the first school in Trinidad and Tobago to establish a Heritage Keepers Club, a new primary-level initiative of the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago aimed at strengthening heritage education and stewardship among young people. At the launch, National Trust CEO Graeme Suite, Ministry of Education representative Dr Adesh Ramlal, and Fr David Khan (Vicar for Education and CEO of the Catholic Education Board of Management) encouraged students to value and preserve the nation’s cultural and historical legacy. Ninety-five students were inducted as junior members, with the National Trust identifying Brasso RC and Tabaquite RC as the next schools to join the programme.
