Wisła 1200 2026 #1 – 693 km bez snu i rekord 500 km poniżej 24 godzin!

The first part of my report from the Wisła 1200 2026. I started the marathon at the Przysłopie Mountain Shelter at the source of the Vistula River. My goal was to ride as far as possible without sleep and test my limits. Ultimately, my first rest came in Warsaw, after covering 692.96 km. Along the way, the route took me through the Vistula River, Oświęcim, Kraków, Sandomierz, Kazimierz Dolny, and Warsaw, revealing almost all the facets of the queen of Polish rivers – from its mountain origins, through gravel roads, flood embankments, and forest roads, all the way to the big cities. It was my longest ride without sleep, lasting over 36 hours.
