Monteverde MONZA Flex, quando ahimè si abusa di un termine ormai onnipresente in campo stilografico!

This video is intended as a warning against the easy enticements that the word "flex" can easily attract. Writing the word FLEX in large letters on the packaging already conjures up contrasting and elegant images. Add to this the design of a nib cut on its wings to alleviate its inertia, and it's easy to become compulsively purchased... Unfortunately, reality proved to be quite different. The Flex nib on my MONZA fountain pen proved, in practice, to be a terrible and rigid nail... I had to invent the real MONZA Flex myself, damn it! MORAL: Be wary of bombastic titles or designs; they often hide pitfalls or even worse, as in this specific case. Always test the pens first before taking home a so-called "one-off." Believe me, modern fountain pens that are truly flex are very few and far between, and they certainly don't cost a few dozen euros!
