I BROKE my Tailfin Aeropack Cargo | My fault?

My Tailfin Aeropack Cargo came apart during an ultra bikepacking event in Portugal. In a downhill I lost the screws that held the bag and rack together. Happy to report I did not crash and managed to get to the finish.
