It's supposed to be opening weekend for many of the ski fields around the country, but there's one problem: There isn't much snow. Queenstown's Coronet Peak has invested in some new snowmaking technology that can make snow in temperatures up to 20 degrees, so they are the first and only skifield to open so far.
