This bass along with its counterparts, the Growler and Classic, are faithful modern reproductions of the classic Michael Tobias crafted instruments from the 80's and 90's. Featuring USA Bartolini electronics, Babicz bridges, and Gotoh Japan tuners, Gibson seems to be sparing no expense to make these instruments as compelling as possible to the modern player.
